To participate in the Pakbond Partner Program ("PP"), you must have a registered Pakbond account and explicitly accept these Terms & Conditions within the app. By accepting, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Your referral link is tied to your Pakbond username (pakbond.app/r/{your_username}). When a new user installs Pakbond using your link, their account is automatically linked to you by our system. A referral is confirmed at the moment the new user's account is created. Each email address can be counted as a referral for a given referrer only once, regardless of account deletions or re-registrations.
Your league is determined by the total number of confirmed referrals. Leagues and thresholds: • Starter: 0 referrals (0% commission) • Bronze: 1–50 referrals (5% commission) • Silver: 51–200 referrals (10% commission) • Gold: 201–500 referrals (20% commission) • Platinum: 501–1,000 referrals (30% commission) • Partner: 1,001+ referrals (50% commission) League advancement is permanent and based on confirmed, non-suspicious referrals. Pakbond reserves the right to adjust league thresholds or commission rates by updating these Terms.
All rewards (bond storage increases, subscription extensions, and cash commissions) are issued as pending claims. You must actively claim them from within the Pakbond app. Pending rewards expire 90 days after being issued. Expired rewards cannot be recovered. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value unless claimed as a wallet credit.
When a confirmed referral buys a Pakbond subscription or any paid feature, you earn a commission based on your current league percentage of the payment. Commission rewards are added as pending wallet credits and are held for 30 days before becoming available to withdraw. This waiting period exists to protect against payment refunds.
Reaching predefined referral count milestones unlocks one-time bonus rewards. These bonuses are issued automatically as pending claims and follow the same 90-day expiry rule as standard rewards.
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and potential account suspension: • Self-referral (using your own link to register a new account) • Creating or using fake, duplicate, or bot-controlled accounts • Manipulating device IDs, IP addresses, or install referrer data • Any form of incentivised referral fraud Pakbond employs automated abuse detection and reserves the right to flag, investigate, and reverse rewards associated with suspicious activity.
Referrals flagged by our abuse detection system as suspicious (e.g., multiple sign-ups from the same device or IP address within 24 hours) will not count toward your league progress or reward calculations. Suspicious referrals are displayed separately in your referral list.
Your referral link is derived from your username. If you change your username, your referral link will change accordingly. Any previously shared links will no longer route new referrals to your account. You are responsible for updating shared links after a username change.
Pakbond may operate the Partner Program in a controlled rollout phase, restricting access to selected accounts. If your account is not yet enabled, you will see a "Coming Soon" screen. Access may be expanded at Pakbond's discretion without prior notice.
Pakbond reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Partner Program or these Terms at any time with or without notice. Material changes will be communicated via an updated Terms version in the app. Continued participation after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan. The seat of arbitration shall be Karachi, Pakistan. The arbitral decision shall be final and binding.
