Request permanent deletion of your Pakbond account and all associated data.
30-Day Grace Period
When you request deletion, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days. During this period your account is deactivated and hidden. After 30 days, all data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered. You may contact support within those 30 days to cancel the request.
About Account Deletion
Pakbond offers an automated method for deleting your account, along with all associated data, from our servers. Please carefully review the information below before proceeding with account deletion.
What Will Be Deleted?
The following data will be permanently erased from our servers:
Name, email, phone number
All saved prize bond numbers
Prize claim history and records
All marketplace listings
Active subscription plans
Notification preferences
Any remaining credits
All transaction logs
Order and payment records
How to Delete Your Account
If you acknowledge and accept the consequences and still wish to proceed with deleting your Pakbond account, please follow these steps:
Open Profile Settings
Open Pakbond app and go to your profile settings.
Select Accounts Tab
Navigate to the "Accounts" tab in settings.
Click Delete Account
Click the red "Delete Account" button.
Confirm Deletion
Click "Delete Account" again to confirm.
What happens next
Your account will be deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days. All data is fully erased at the end of that period. To cancel the deletion within 30 days, contact us at [email protected].

Before You Delete
Consider the following before permanently deleting your account:
- Any remaining wallet balance will be lost permanently
- Active subscriptions will be cancelled without refund
- You have 30 days to cancel the deletion by contacting support
- After 30 days you will need to create a new account to use Pakbond again
- Previously stored prize bonds cannot be recovered
