1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("TOU") govern your access to and use of Pakbond software, website, desktop and mobile applications, documentation, images, videos, and all other related content (collectively, the "Software" or "Content"). By using the Software you accept these TOU in full. If you do not agree, stop using the Software.
2. Acceptance & Changes
By using Pakbond you agree to these TOU. Pakbond may update the TOU at any time; the most recent version will be posted at pakbond.com. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated TOU.

3. Trademarks & Copyright
"Pakbond" and the Pakbond logo are trademarks of Pakbond (Pvt.) Ltd. All Content is protected by copyright.
Restrictions: Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, sublicense, transfer or commercially exploit any Content.
4. License for Downloadable Software
Any downloadable Pakbond software is provided to you under the accompanying end-user license terms. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
5. Your Content License
If you post, upload or submit any content ("Postings") to Pakbond, you grant Pakbond a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display and otherwise exploit those Postings in any media now known or later developed, with the right to sublicense.

Pakbond may monitor, suspend, remove or refuse Postings and access at our discretion and without notice. Pakbond may disclose information as necessary to operate the Software, to protect users or third parties, or to comply with legal obligations.
8. Registration & Account Security
Sections of Pakbond require registration. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
Your Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must notify Pakbond immediately of any account compromise
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
9. Disclaimer – No Warranties
THE SOFTWARE, CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
PAKBOND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PAKBOND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR TIMELY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAKBOND IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF PAKBOND HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Service Continuity
You acknowledge and agree that Pakbond's continued operation depends on its operators. If the primary administrator(s) die, become seriously injured, are incarcerated, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to operate Pakbond, the service may be suspended, delayed, discontinued, or otherwise altered (including for paid services) with no liability to users.
Pakbond will make reasonable efforts to notify users if practical, but has no obligation to continue operation or refund fees in such circumstances.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pakbond, its officers, agents and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Software, your Postings, or your violation of these TOU.
12. Dispute Resolution
You and Pakbond agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally first. Except where prohibited by applicable law, you and Pakbond further agree that all disputes arising out of or relating to these TOU will be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in Pakistan under rules chosen by Pakbond.
Important Waivers:

- You waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action
If any portion of the arbitration clause is found unenforceable, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
13. Severability
If any provision of these TOU is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
14. Changes to the Software & Termination
Pakbond may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Software at any time, including features and availability. Pakbond may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason.
15. Notices & Contact
Legal notices should be sent to the contact method listed on pakbond.com. For general support, use the normal support channels on the website.
16. Entire Agreement
These TOU, together with any incorporated policies (Privacy Policy, License Agreement), constitute the entire agreement between you and Pakbond regarding the Software and supersede all prior agreements.
